At Bellatrix, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality devices and exceptional service. We understand that there may be situations where a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase. In such cases, we offer the following return and refund policy:

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Center within 30 days of the delivery date at 689-666-2901 or via email at CustomerCare@bellatrixusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please do not ship your product back without first receiving a Return Authorization Number.

Return Requirements

• The device must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and include all inserts and accessories.
• The item must be unused and undamaged in any way.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  
  

Return Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned device at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within five (5) business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Serums
• Belle Lueur Oxygen Caps
• Accessories and components, including tips
• Coaching programs, courses, and community subscriptions
  

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply in the following cases:

• Products intentionally damaged, misused, or altered
• Unauthorized breaking, tampering, alteration, or removal of labels or seals of the device
• Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or events beyond our control
  

Important Note

Customers must securely package the returned device in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Returns that do not follow this process may not be eligible for a refund.

Care & Maintenance

It is critical for equipment durability to properly clean and disinfect your device after every use.

Policy Updates

Bellatrix reserves the right to amend or update this policy and any of the sections at its discretion and without notice at any time. Customers must check this policy periodically for changes. Bellatrix will notify you of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
