At Bellatrix, we take pride in ensuring that your glow gear arrives quickly, safely, and ready to deliver exceptional results for your clients.

Processing Time
For in-stock items, processing time before shipment may take up to four (4) business days, unless otherwise specified in the item description.

Shipping Notification
Upon shipment, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number and carrier information. Devices require an adult signature upon delivery.

Delivery Time
Depending on your location, delivery time varies from 2–10 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional cost. Please ensure you provide a valid commercial or residential address, as we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Backorders and Special Orders
For backorders and special orders, we’ll provide you with an expected shipping timeframe before you place your order.

Packing and Testing
All equipment is professionally packed to prevent damage during transit and undergoes a quality control inspection before shipment.

Reporting Damages
If you notice any externally visible damage to the package at delivery, report it to the carrier immediately. If damage is noticed after unpacking, notify our Customer Support Center within 24 hours by calling 689-666-2901. Carriers
We typically use ground shipping, though oversized equipment may require freight services for curbside delivery to commercial addresses. Residential delivery incurs an additional charge.

Tracking Information
All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking details. Check your email for shipping updates from our logistics department.

Unclaimed Packages and Returns
Packages marked “unclaimed” or “undeliverable” due to customer error will not be re-shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

International Customers
If you use a freight forwarder, please be aware that this may complicate issues not covered by our policy. You become the exporter and are responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees—these are the recipient’s responsibility.

Limitations for International Orders

  • The manufacturer's warranty may not be valid.
  • Manufacturer service options may not be available.
  • Products may not conform to the destination country's standards and specifications.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported.
