At Bellatrix, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that there may be instances where a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase. 

In such cases, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. The customer must contact the Bellatrix Customer Support Center at 888-404-8320 or in writing via email at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date of the device to the original customer to get your Return Authorization. 

Please do not ship your product back without contacting our support center first.

    1. Once the customer has received the Return Authorization,  the device must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, including all inserts. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item received. 
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 
  1. Once the product in question is received in the Bellatrix warehouse, the team will inspect the device and a decision will be made.
  2. Approved refunds will be notified and processed within five (5) business days after we receive the returns, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Allow your bank 5 to 10 business days from our refund receipt to show on your bank statement.
 

EXCEPTIONS 

This refund policy does not apply if:

  • If the product has been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered.
  • Unauthorized breaking, tampering, alteration, or removal of labels or seals of the device.
  • Acts of nature, accidents, or events beyond the control of Bellatrix.
  • The refund excludes the following: Belle Lueur Products, serums, oxygen caps, accessories, and components, including tips, coaching programs, courses, and community subscriptions.
 

NOTE

The customer must securely package the damaged device in its original packaging. Ensure it is adequately protected to prevent further damage during transit. 

Customers who fail to follow this process shall not be eligible for a refund for the device.

It is critical for equipment durability to properly clean and disinfect your device after every use.

Bellatrix reserves the right to amend or update this policy and any of the sections at its discretion and without notice at any time. Customers must check this policy periodically for changes.  Bellatrix will notify you of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
