Processing Time:
For in-stock items, processing time before shipment may take up to four (4) business days unless otherwise specified in the item description.

Reporting Damages:

Carriers:
We use ground shipping, but some oversized equipment requires freight services for curbside delivery to commercial addresses. Residential delivery incurs an additional charge.
Tracking Information:
All items are shipped with a delivery confirmation slip for easy tracking. Check your email for shipping updates from our logistics department.
Unclaimed Packages and Returns:
Packages marked “unclaimed” or “undeliverable” due to customer error won’t be re-shipped. The client needs to contact customer service immediately.
International Customers:
- Using a freight forwarder may complicate issues not covered by our policy.
- You become the exporter and are responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, the recipient’s responsibility.
Limitations for International Orders:
