Bellatrix hereby warrants that the device shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the delivery date by the original Customer. The warranty activation is considered once the one-on-one training for the equipment has been completed with the trainer assigned to your account. The warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the repair and replacement of the purchase price at Bellatrix’s discretion.

  1. Customers must notify the Bellatrix Customer Support Center at (888) 404-8320 or in writing via email at within the 2-year warranty period of discovering any alleged defects. 
  2. The customer must provide the order number in the reference, the serial number, a clear description of the damage, and any supporting photographic evidence, if possible. 
  3. Bellatrix may require the return of the damaged device for inspection. The Customer Support Center will guide you through the return process.
  4. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered and reported within the warranty period, Bellatrix shall, at its sole discretion:
    i. Repair the defective device using new or refurbished parts.
    II. Replace the defective device with a new or refurbished Product.


This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  1. Unauthorized breaking, tampering, alteration, or removal of labels or seals of the device.
  2. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the device.
  3. Unauthorized modification or repairs.
  4. Normal wear and tear.
  5. Acts of nature, accidents, or events beyond the control of the Bellatrix.
  6. The warranty excludes the following Products: Serums, accessories, and components, including tips, coaching programs, courses, and community subscriptions.


The customer must securely package the damaged device in its original packaging. Ensure it is adequately protected to prevent further damage during transit. 

Customers who fail to follow this process shall not be eligible for a refund for the device.

It is critical for equipment durability to properly clean and disinfect your device after every use.

Bellatrix reserves the right to amend or update this policy and any of the sections at its discretion and without notice at any time. Customers must check this policy periodically for changes.  Bellatrix will notify you of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
